1. Shipping Destinations
• Egypt: We proudly deliver across all Egyptian cities through Bosta’s extensive network.
• International: For select countries, international shipping is available. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Delivery Timeframes
• Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
• Other Egyptian Cities: 5-7 business days.
• International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS and email notification with a Bosta tracking link.
• You can monitor your shipment in real time and even reschedule delivery if needed.
4. Delivery Options
• Standard Home Delivery: Door-to-door service.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Egypt.
• Scheduled Delivery: Customers may coordinate delivery times directly with Bosta via the tracking portal.
5. Shipping Fees
• Cairo & Giza: Complimentary for orders above 3000 EGP, flat rate of 80 EGP for smaller orders.
• Other Egyptian Cities: Flat rate of 90 EGP, complimentary for orders above 4000 EGP.
• International Orders: Calculated at checkout, based on destination and package weight.
6. Delivery Attempts
• Bosta makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Thread Society, and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
